At DailyBabyTrack, your family's privacy is our top priority. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple — because you have enough on your plate.
We only collect what's needed to make the app work for you:
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or any other device data.
Your data is used exclusively to operate DailyBabyTrack for you:
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond making the app work for you.
Your data is stored on our own private server in the European Union, using PocketBase — an open-source, self-hosted database. We do not use Amazon, Google, or other third-party cloud providers to store your personal information.
All data transferred between the app and our server is encrypted in transit using HTTPS / TLS. Your password is never stored in plain text.
A local copy of your logs is also kept on your device (in your browser's localStorage) so the app works offline. This data never leaves your device unless you are signed in and online.

Use the "Clear All Data" option in Settings to permanently delete all your records. To close your account entirely, contact us at the email below.Your data belongs to you
You can export your logs as a CSV file at any time from the History screen.We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all your data — including your baby profile and all logs — is permanently deleted from our server within 30 days.
DailyBabyTrack is designed for use by parents and caregivers, not by children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The baby name and birthday you enter are treated as part of your parental account data.
If we make meaningful changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
