Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using DailyBabyTrack. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

By downloading, installing, or using DailyBabyTrack ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use DailyBabyTrack.

DailyBabyTrack is a personal tracking tool that helps parents and caregivers log their baby's feedings, diaper changes, and sleep patterns.

The app is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. It is a record-keeping tool — nothing more. It does not analyze, evaluate, or make recommendations about your baby's health or development.

DailyBabyTrack is NOT a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind
Information logged in the app is for your personal record-keeping only
Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice based on anything you log or see in this app
Always consult your pediatrician or qualified healthcare provider with questions about your baby's health, feeding, growth, or development
The app is not a substitute for professional medical care

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and confidential
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account
One account per person — accounts may not be shared or transferred
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You own your data

All data you enter in DailyBabyTrack belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over it.

Export or delete at any time

Export all your logs as a CSV from the History screen, or delete all your data from Settings at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

DailyBabyTrack is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyBabyTrack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app or its content.

In cases where liability cannot be excluded by law, our maximum liability to you is limited to the total amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 USD if you have paid nothing).

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
